Mansoor Ali Khan, who plays the role of villain in South films, recently made a lewd comment about South’s famous actress Trisha Krishnan. Since then everyone is expressing their displeasure on Mansoor Ali Khan. Trishna is also furious at his statement and director of the film ‘Leo’ Lokesh Kanagaraj has also condemned Mansoor’s statement.

Recently, Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film ‘Leo’ was released on October 19 on the occasion of Dussehra. Thalapathy Vijay played the lead role in the film and his opposite was Trisha Krishnan. Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Sarja were seen in negative shade in the film. Whereas, Mansoor Ali Khan played the role of ‘Leo’ i.e. Thalapathy Vijay’s partner in the film.

What did Mansoor say?
62 year old Mansoor Ali Khan has been working in South cinema for a long time and has played many roles of villain in films. He was also seen in the film ‘Leo’. Recently Mansoor had said, ‘When I came to know that I am going to work with Trisha, I thought that the film will be a bedroom scene. I thought I would take her to the bedroom like I had done with other actresses in my previous films. I have done a lot of rape scenes and this is not new to me, but these people did not even show Trisha to me on the set during the shooting in Kashmir.

Trisha called ‘lousy man’
After this statement of Mansoor, Trisha shared a post on social media and condemned him. Trisha said, ‘A video of Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan has come to my notice. He has talked about me in a very bad manner. I strongly condemn this and consider it sexist, offensive, disgusting and extremely bad. They may wish like this but I am thankful that I never shared the screen with them. I will never work with him again in my career. People like him bring bad name to the entire mankind.

​’Leo’ director also got disappointed
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who gave an important role to Mansoor Ali Khan in the film ‘Leo’, is also deeply hurt by his statement. He shared the post on social media and wrote, ‘I am very disappointed and angry after hearing the statement of Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan. We all work as a team. There cannot be any compromise with the respect of women, fellow artists and employees in any industry. I strongly condemn this behaviour.

Let us tell you that in the year 2021, the Sessions Court had sentenced Mansoor Ali Khan to 7 years imprisonment in a rape case.
